A Big Thanks to Our Volunteers

Our annual TSAGW Trip to the Hill was recently held; when a dynamic group of volunteers met with various political leaders to share information and advocate for people and families affected by TS.

TSAGW thanks all of these volunteers for their meetings with legislators and for their efforts to raise TS awareness.

Volunteers of the Month

Tracy Louis-CharlesJune Volunteer of the Month: Tracy Louis-Charles

TSAGW thanks Tracy for all her efforts in support of numerous Health Fairs and for advocating on our behalf, along with her son, during the spring 2009 TSAGW Trip to the Hill. Tracy is a strong, enthusiastic voice for TSAGW and we value the many ways she offers support, gets involved and helps to raise awareness of TS.

July Volunteer of the Month: Sam ZacharySam Zachary

Sam Zachary is an amazing volunteer! Sam attended Community Charity meetings and health fairs for TSAGW and then reported the information that he learned.  Sam created a desperately needed database, and willingly wrote roughly fifty thank you notes.  Sam always maintained an incredibly positive attitude, even when he updated hundreds of e-mail addresses for TSAGW's newsletter!  We miss him and wish him good luck at Tulane!

Kim MurphyAugust Volunteer of the Month: Kim Murphy

We thank Kim for her work on the TSAGW newsletter.
