Dear TSAGW Friend,

I want to remind you of the important work we do at the Tourette Syndrome Association of Greater Washington (TSAGW) and to take this opportunity to ask for your tax-deductible financial support of our ongoing programs and services.

TSAGW’s is dedicated to serving the entire Tourette syndrome community and has been providing programs and services for the greater Washington area for over 25 years. TSAGW supplies information and support through our help line, web site, and email newsletter.  We answer questions and assist those in need with referrals, school in- services and support materials.  TSAGW fosters friendships through the Buddy Program, linking together people with TS.  In addition, TSAGW attends health fairs and education forums educating the public about TS with the goal of fostering understanding and tolerance.

Sometimes TSAGW is the only contact available for the TS family.  For many, TSAGW provides support and comfort simply by being available to listen.  Experience has shown that our mere presence is extraordinarily helpful.

We know that our presence is critical for the newly diagnosed.  TSAGW is an excellent resource providing many ideas and solutions to those most in need. TSAGW’s institutional wisdom is invaluable. Our members have overcome many challenges and obstacles, and with this knowledge, we help those facing similar problems.

Your contributions allow TSAGW to serve the needs of families with TS and to provide many services and to host many programs. If you believe in the value of our work or have benefited from any of our programs or services over the years, you have the opportunity to express your appreciation, and your commitment, to TSAGW.

 We need your help!

 Sincerely,

Susan Jacob

Executive Director
